New Patients must call to book first appointment (501-799-3559). New patients are required to have an initial assessment with our Nurse Practitioner. This $50 assessment will be good for one year of services.
Established Patients with a completed initial/annual assessment may book services online.

Weight Loss Services
Please book the Initial Lab Weight Loss appointment if this is your first visit seeking weight loss therapy at Hydrology. This appointment can be booked with any of our clinical staff members.
